Collection of nine classic films starring Cary Grant.
Blonde Venus (1932): Aspiring actress Helen Faraday (Marlene Dietrich) discovers that her scientist husband Edward Faraday (Herbert Marshall) is suffering from radium poisoning. In order to raise the cash for a cure Helen finds work as a cabaret hostess, and is romanced by wealthy playboy Nick Townsend (Grant). Nick gives Helen the money for her husband's treatment, and she takes up residence in her new beau's empty mansion - only for her indiscretion to be discovered when Edward recovers more speedily than she expected.
She Done Him Wrong (1933): Lou (Mae West) is a singer working at the Gay Nineties saloon owned by Gus Jordan (Noah Beery). In order to keep Lou by his side, Gus plies her with diamonds. What she doesn't know is that Gus actually traffics in prostitution and runs a counterfeiting ring to help finance her expensive gifts. Lou has her share of male admirers who she keeps at arm's length, but the tough woman soon finds her heart melting for a handsome young man, Capt. Cummings (Grant), who works for the local city mission.
I'm No Angel (1933): Dancer and lion tamer Tira (West) starts performing ever more dangerous stunts until her circus builds up an exciting reputation. But when she meets handsome Jack Clayton (Grant), Tira ends up suing him for breach of contract after their relationship breaks up. Only when Clayton lets her win the case does she realise that she truly loves him.
The Last Outpost (1935): British officer Michael Andrews (Grant) is eventually rescued by another British officer, John Stevenson (Claude Rains) after being left for dead in the desert during the Kurdistan campaign in World War I. While recovering from his injuries in the base hospital, Andrews falls in love with his nurse, Rosemary (Gertrude Michael), who just happens to be married to Stevenson.
Indiscreet (1958): Wealthy actress Anna Kalman (Ingrid Bergman) meets businessman Philip Adams (Grant) at a NATO dinner and is immediately attracted to him. He reveals that he is married, but this does not prevent them embarking on a love affair. However, just as Philip prepares to depart for a job in New York, Anna discovers that he has been less than honest with her.
Operation Petticoat (1959): Follows Matt Sherman (Grant), the captain of the U.S.S. Sea Tiger, a submarine forced out to sea by an enemy air attack. He is less than impressed by his newly-arrived junior officer, Lieutenant Nick Holden (Tony Curtis), who nevertheless manages to scavenge the spare parts and supplies needed to keep the sub in action. However, matters are further complicated when five stranded army nurses are taken on board and begin assisting with the renovation.
The Grass Is Greener (1960): Aristocratic British couple Victor and Hilary Rhyall (Grant and Deborah Kerr) open their stately home to the public, only for Texan oil millionaire (Robert Mitchum) to enter their private quarters and successfully seduce Hilary. Victor then tries to win back his wife by enlisting the help of ex-girlfriend Hattie Durant (Jean Simmons) and ultimately challenges his rival to an old-fashioned duel.
That Touch of Mink (1962): Wealthy businessman Philip Shayne (Grant) accidentally muddies the dress of Cathy Timberlake (Doris Day) when his limousine drives past her in the street. She arrives at his office to complain, only to be charmed by Shayne into spending the day with him in Philadelphia. Soon he is asking her to accompany him to Bermuda for a romantic holiday. She refuses at first, but weakens when he plies her with mink coats and champagne.
Charade (1963): Reggie Lambert (Audrey Hepburn) returns home after a skiing trip to discover that her husband has died. At the funeral she finds out from CIA agent Hamilton Bartholomew (Walter Matthau) that he was involved in the theft of a quarter of a million dollars during World War II. The charming Peter Joshua (Grant) offers his help, but as the number of dead bodies increases, so do Peter's aliases, leaving Reggie uncertain as to whether or not she can trust him.
